MY FAMILY:

I live with my mom, my step father, my sister and my uncle. My mom’s name is Ibis, my step father’s name is Fernel, my uncle’s name is Kevin, and my sister’s name is Maria. To support my family my step father works in a glass company.

MY HOME & COMMUNITY:

We live in a rented house, it has two bedrooms and one bathroom. The floor is the ground, and the walls are made of wood. It is located the “Altos de la Florida,” a neighborhood in Soacha. We have electricity,  but there is no waste management. Water is delivered twice per week, and we have to collect  it in containers to use it for cooking, bathing, and drinking. The weather is cold and the streets are unpaved.
