MY FAMILY:

I live with my parents. My mom’s name is Angelica, and my dad’s name is Eutimio. I have siblings from my dad’s side, but I do not live with them. My dad works in construction and my mom has a cleaning job.

MY HOME & COMMUNITY:

We live in a small house. The floor and walls are made of concrete, and the roof is made of metal sheets. It has one bedroom and one bathroom. It is located in the “Guabal” neighborhood in southern Bogota, Colombia. We have electricity, but there is no sewer system. Water arrives once per week and we have to collect it in containers to use it for cooking, drinking, washing, and bathing. The weather is cold and the streets are unpaved.
