MY FAMILY:

I live with my mother. Her name is Ana Julieth. My dad’s name is Reinel. He doesn’t live with us, but sometimes he visits me. My mom works as a peddler to support our family.

MY HOME & COMMUNITY:

Our house has two bedrooms and one bathroom. It is located in the “Guabal” neighborhood located in southern Bogota, Colombia. We have electricity,  but there is no waste management. Water arrives once per week, and we have to collect  it in containers to use it for cooking, bathing, and drinking. The weather is cold and the streets are unpaved.
